By accessing or using the LuckyRide application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LuckyRide is a ride-hailing platform connecting passengers and drivers in Pakistan. Our service features fare negotiation, allowing both parties to agree on a fair price for transportation services.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use LuckyRide, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fare Negotiation & Payments

Passengers can propose a fare which drivers can accept, reject, or counter-offer. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or in-app wallet. The agreed-upon fare is final upon completion of the ride.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may incur a fee if made after a driver has been dispatched and is en route. Repeated cancellations may result in temporary suspension of your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, and to treat drivers and other passengers with respect. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination will result in immediate account termination.

7. Driver Obligations

Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance as required by law. Vehicles must be kept in safe, clean condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in connection with LuckyRide are the property of CybexTech and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

LuckyRide is a platform matching passengers with independent drivers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any user of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuckyRide and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
